Payment and Shipping
You can pay direct by PayPal, or within PayPal from your own Visacard or Mastercard. We can ship nationwide, as well as internationally.
At Eurythmia we are committed to providing outstanding customer service and only the best quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently available and pricing is true and correct: in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back-order or a full refund.
For shipping within Australia we use Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, and where appropriate exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
We would aim to ship your order within 2 working days of receiving payment (which in the case of PayPal is instantaneous) – except where an ordered item is out of stock. Standard delivery time-frames are between 3-7 business days within Australia.
Cancellation and Returns
Cancellation: You can cancel any transaction by filling out this form within 24 hours of placing the order.
General Returns Policy: Eurythmia is happy to refund or exchange goods, provided they are in re-saleable condition.
If items are opened and used: they cannot be accepted for return due to change of mind or dislike of item.
Return of items due to change of mind or dislike: We aim for the highest customer satisfaction, so we are happy to credit or exchange any unopened items, provided we receive the items back in PRISTINE and UNOPENED condition. Please inform us of the nature of the problem and of your intention to return it within 7 (seven) days of item receipt by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. In this case all return postage costs are to be incurred by the buyer.
Note that the original postage and handling charges are non-refundable in this latter instance.
Return of faulty or incorrectly sent items: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business for goods purchased if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or don’t match description. If an item meets one of the above criteria or has been sent to you in error, we will replace, exchange or refund it and pay return postage. Please inform us of the nature of the problem and of your intention to return it within 14 (fourteen) days of item receipt by e-mail to email@example.com. We will contact you with details about returning it.
Returns time frame: In the case of a product being returned from within Australia, you should aim to enable it to be received at the return address within 14 (fourteen) days of your receipt of our e-mail agreeing to the return and the return arrangements. Overseas returns will allow for the duration of the return arrangements agreed upon, but the product should be post-dated no longer than 7 (seven) days after your receipt of our our e-mail agreeing to the return and the return arrangements, which we will assume should have occurred by at least the day following the one on which it was sent.
Return packaging: The product should be returned in its original product packaging. The shipping packaging can be different from the original, especially if the original is no longer serviceable, but in general it should be of the same size, weight and protection factor as the original shipping packaging. Please enclose a copy of the return agreement e-mail we send you, which agrees to the return.

Replacing, exchanging and refunding: will only occur AFTER the product in question has arrived back at the return address, and in the condition agreed upon. Any refund will be in the form of the original payment, i.e, by cheque, or return credit to a credit card or PayPal account.
